TwinRab is the worlds first anti-rabies monoclonal antibody cocktail (Docaravimab + Miromavimab), developed by Zydus in collaboration with WHO and DCGI-approved. Given as post-exposure prophylaxis alongside rabies vaccine, ideally within 24-72 hours of a Category III bite, providing immediate passive immunity while the vaccine builds lasting immunity. Dose is weight-based at 40 IU/kg, infiltrated at the wound site. Smaller 600 IU pack — suited to lower body-weight patients.
